We are on the lookout for a talented CRM/Monetization Manager to join the Limassol, team and to take ownership of the customer engagement and retention strategies. If you're a hands-on professional with iGaming experience and a passion for optimizing player experiences, we want you on our team!
Your Impact
Customer Engagement & Retention
- Develop, execute, and optimize CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Design and manage customer lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, loyalty programs, and reactivation initiatives.
Onboarding Strategy
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding strategies to engage, educate, and retain new customers.
- Manage multi-channel onboarding campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to welcome and activate new players.
- Define key stages of the customer onboarding journey and implement automated workflows for a seamless experience.
Campaign Management
- Create personalized, data-driven campaigns to enhance player activity.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to maximize effectiveness.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for tailored marketing efforts.
- Develop personalized onboarding and retention experiences based on customer segmentation and behavioral insights.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the technical team to maintain and optimize CRM platform functionality and integrations.
Process Optimization
- Conduct ongoing testing to refine communication strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Continuously enhance operational efficiency and optimize customer journeys for better retention and monetization.
What You Bring
✔ Proven experience in CRM management within the iGaming or sportsbook industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign personalization.
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
✔ Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing customer behavior and generating actionable insights.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging customer interactions.
✔ Ability to create personalized onboarding and engagement strategies tailored to diverse player segments.
✔ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
✔ Full-time, on-site availability in Cyprus.
