Your Impact

Affiliate Portfolio Management

• Develop and manage a portfolio of affiliate partners, ensuring an in-depth understanding of their financial value.
• Retain and expand relationships with existing affiliates, optimizing performance and engagement.

Business Growth & Acquisition

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand VegasNova’s network.
• Negotiate and review commercial agreements to maximize revenue opportunities.

Performance Monitoring & Strategy

• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and report ROI results to refine future strategies.
• Work proactively to identify areas for improvement and new growth opportunities.

Relationship Building

• Establish and maintain strong relationships through regular communication, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence.
• Act as the main point of contact for affiliate partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
•  Strong ability to drive sales and optimize marketing partnerships.
• Proven skills in negotiation, performance analysis, and strategic planning.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and prioritize effectively.
