What the role is all about:
As our CRM Owner, you'll enhance player engagement and retention by leveraging your understanding of player behavior and CRM strategies to build effective promotion plans and calendars.
Your Impact:
- Design and implement CRM strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze player behavior to segment audiences and tailor communications.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive promotion calendar.
- Identify triggers for player churn and implement retention measures.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams for cohesive strategies.
Your bring:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in CRM management, preferably in the iGaming/Gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and tools.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations.
