Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - iGaming
Our client is a well-known iGaming provider with a strong reputation for delivering cutting-edge gaming products and platforms to global operators. As the company continues to scale across regulated markets, they are looking to appoint a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the global marketing strategy and further enhance their brand, market share, and client engagement.
Role Overview
The CMO will play a critical role in shaping the brand's voice, driving market demand, and building a marketing engine that aligns with commercial growth and product innovation. This is a strategic leadership position with end-to-end responsibility for brand, performance, and B2B marketing initiatives across multiple regions.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that supports both brand visibility and commercial growth across B2B and operator markets.
- Lead and scale the marketing organisation, including brand, digital marketing, performance, events, content, and communications.
- Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies, product launches, and operator campaigns.
- Oversee corporate branding, including messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels and materials.
- Manage and optimise marketing spend, ensuring ROI-driven campaigns and data-informed decisions.
- Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and conferences, enhancing visibility and thought leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with advertising regulations across jurisdictions.
- Provide executive-level reporting and strategic input to the CEO and Board.
You Bring
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the iGaming sector (B2B or B2C).
- Proven and mandatory experience driving growth in regulated iGaming markets.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming landscape, including trends, competitors, and operator dynamics.
- Experience with product-led marketing, digital acquisition, and brand storytelling.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to bridge marketing strategy with commercial outcomes.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with international exposure.
- Fluent in English & Greek is essential.
