On behalf of our client a fast-growing startup, we’re hiring a results-driven Affiliate Manager to lead and scale their global affiliate network.

You’ll be responsible for building high-impact partnerships, launching conversion-focused campaigns, and driving growth through performance marketing. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with real impact.

What You’ll Do

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners

Launch and optimize performance-driven campaigns

Analyze key metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV) to continuously improve results

Collaborate with growth, design, and content teams to support affiliate initiatives

Scale traffic and revenue through strategic partnerships

What You Bring

At least 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager

A proactive, adaptive, and fast-learning mindset

Proven experience in affiliate or partnership marketing

Strong analytical skills and performance marketing mindset

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities

Familiarity with tools like RedTrack, Cellxpert, or similar tracking platforms
