On behalf of our customer who is  a fast-growing company headquartered in Cyprus that is part of a dynamic group of companies operating across multiple regions and sectors, we’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to drive their recruitment efforts and help scale and shape their future workforce.

This is a senior individual contributor role, not a team management position, but one with real ownership and strategic influence. You will be the go-to person for talent acquisition, working closely with leadership and department heads to ensure they attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.

Your Impact:

Own and lead the full-cycle recruitment process across diverse departments and international locations.

Partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders to define needs, write compelling job descriptions, and advise on hiring best practices.

Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, etc.).

Ensure a smooth, fast, and high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Build a strong talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.

Contribute to the development of recruitment strategy, reporting, and continuous process improvements.

Take initiative in employer branding efforts, showcasing the company as an employer of choice within the group and beyond.

You bring:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech-driven environment.

Strong hands-on sourcing skills and up-to-date knowledge of modern recruitment tools and techniques.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work autonomously.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working in dynamic, ever-evolving environments with shifting priorities.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tech tools.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
