Technical Support Specialist - iGaming
On behalf of an iGaming company, we’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Technical Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you'll be the first line of support for players and internal teams, helping troubleshoot issues, escalate bugs, and ensure smooth platform operations.
What you’ll do:
Provide technical support for live issues related to games, platforms, or player access
Troubleshoot problems via email, chat, and ticketing systems
Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams to resolve incidents
Document recurring issues and help improve internal knowledge bases
Monitor system health and escalate anomalies to senior tech teams
What you bring:
Basic understanding of networking, APIs, and web-based technologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
A customer-focused mindset with an eagerness to learn
Prior experience in tech support, IT helpdesk, or iGaming is a plus
Flexibility to work shifts or weekends, depending on the role setup
