Marketing Operations Manager - iGaming
On behalf of our customer, an iGaming company, we are seeking for a highly skilled and hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to join their growing team. You will be the driving force behind the technical execution of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role blends performance marketing, analytics, affiliate tech, and website tracking into one.
You will ensure that our marketing infrastructure is set up correctly, data flows seamlessly, and everything is trackable and optimized to convert.
Your Impact:
- Set up and manage landing pages, ensuring full tracking, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
- Manage and implement Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Tags to support campaigns, events, and conversion tracking.
- Own the setup and maintenance of affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Everflow, Post Affiliate Pro).
- Build and maintain URL tracking structures (UTM parameters) for campaigns and affiliate programs.
- Work with developers to implement and QA tracking pixels and event scripts across web properties.
- Monitor and maintain conversion funnels, helping identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Tech, and Product teams to ensure campaign readiness and clean execution.
- Provide documentation and dashboards for performance insights and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and marketing regulations (GDPR, etc.).
Your bring:
- 3+ years in a marketing operations, performance marketing, or growth tech role (preferably in iGaming, betting, fintech, or eCommerce).
- Deep experience with GTM, GA4, Meta Pixels, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and affiliate platforms.
- Proven experience setting up landing pages using platforms like Unbounce, Instapage, WordPress, or custom builders.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO).
- Strong understanding of URL structures, UTM tagging, and multi-channel attribution.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in platforms like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with iGaming platforms and regulated markets.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and user journey orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with affiliate management from the operator side.
- Basic HTML/JavaScript for tag debugging and integration.
- Understanding of SEO and paid media synergy.
