Operations Manager - iGaming (Jordan)
We’re partnering with an iGaming brand to find an experienced Operations Manager (online) who will take ownership of their gambling and sports betting operations.
This role is central to shaping the company’s growth strategy within the region. The successful candidate will design and deliver market-specific initiatives that strengthen performance, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across all channels.
Role Overview
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of business performance, from commercial strategy and marketing to financial management and local operations. You’ll act as the key link between headquarters and the local market, ensuring both alignment with business goals and responsiveness to local opportunities.
Your Impact
- Manage end-to-end operations across online channels.
- Oversee P&L, OPEX, and other financial metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
- Lead the development and rollout of marketing and engagement campaigns that drive visibility and user activity.
- Cultivate partnerships and collaborations that boost market reach and brand strength.
- Identify and act on growth opportunities through tailored market expansion strategies.
- Present business reviews and performance reports to management with insights and recommendations.
- Streamline processes, adopt innovative practices, and continuously optimize operations for efficiency.
- Provide regular updates and reports outlining progress, challenges, and actionable next steps.
You Bring
- Previous experience in iGaming, online betting, or related entertainment sectors, ideally within emerging markets.
- Proven success in a commercial, operational, or business leadership position.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
- Excellent command of English. Arabic proficiency is a plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
